How to Reduce One Hundred Million Germs in the Bathroom

Most of people go to the bathroom when they get up in the morning. The bathroom is closely related with human beings because they often use it every day, such as taking a shower, washing their face or hands, brushing their teeth, or relieving nature. Nevertheless, the majority of people seriously don’t think about germs in the bathroom. Even if it looks clean, there are a lot of germs in it; they are invisible to the naked eye.

Many people are likely to flush a toilet, opening the lid of it. It is a terrible habit. According to a university’s study in the United States, there is the difference between closing and opening the lid of a toilet bowl when people flush the toilet. When the lid is closed, bacteria breed about one million. However, when it is opened, bacteria propagate about one hundred million. The reason is that water drops from the toilet bowl splash to the maximum 6m while people flush the toilet opened; dozens of germs from feces spread in the air. The bacteria go into towels or tooth brushes in the bathroom.  It is horrible.

Because of this, you should put towels out of the bathroom and keep tooth brushes away from the toilet.  In addition, you should clean the toilet with disinfectant or chlorine bleach every day. If you clean only using water, germs can’t be removed. Furthermore, you should not completely close the door of the bathroom and always open half door in order to air out. Finally, you should always keep the lid of the toilet close even though nobody uses it.
