How to Lose Belly Fat without Exercise


Many people have tried to get rid of their weight at least one time in life. Maybe to lose the fat on their stomach on a diet is the most difficult part; it takes a long time and needs patience to do so. Steady exercise is also not easy for busy people. Because of this, some of them break their diet.

Here is how to reduce belly fat without exercise for such dieters.
  1. Try abdominal breathing about 30 minutes or 1 hour every day; inhaling through the nose slowly, make the belly inflate fully. After then, deflating the dilated belly little by little, exhale through the nose slowly.

  2. Drink warm water instead of cold water; the hot water breaks down fats. The warm water helps blood circulation stimulate because the water makes the internal organs warm by speeding up metabolism.

    3.   Do abdominal massage every day while you take a shower or apply body lotion after your shower. Applying a strain and turning clockwise from the navel, massage the abdomen with fingertips. The massage helps visceral function improve. It is also good for constipation. 

The strength of these ways is easy to practice regardless of time and a place. If you are on a diet or if you don’t have enough time to exercise, try these simple things, enjoying.
