Eating bananas, I wonder how many effects bananas have. Let me introduce five effects of bananas.

  3. Bananas are beneficial to skin beauty because the component of vitamin A and protein in bananas provides nutrition to skin cells; bananas make rough skin moisturize and skin aging delay. In addition, they make skin elastic.

  5. Bananas are useful in the diet because they are almost fat-free and low-calorie; because of this, the banana diet is popular.
